Payment, shipping and returns


Finki accepts Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars.


Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $12.

Orders over $100 ship free. (Australia only)

Enter the code 'Shipfree' as the discount code at checkout and your shipping fee will be removed.

All Items are shipped within Australia via Australia Post/Express in a traceable parcel, within 3-5 days of payments being cleared.
Extra time may be required during busy periods.

Shipping is available to New Zealand, sent via Australia Post standard shipping, which takes 5-7 business day once packed and delivered.

Shipping to NZ is a flate rate of $26.

Items are displayed in $AUD and please be aware that your country may try and add import duty tax once it arrives in NZ. All fees and charges added by import tax are your responsibility.

For international orders outside of Au & NZ, please contact us first so we can determine exact shipping cost to your location based on weight of the parcel.


When ordering online I totally understand that you are at a disadvantage to our in-store shoppers, being that you can't touch, feel, and try garments before before committing to buying them, so for our online customers only, we offer refund or exchange.

Please message us through our 'contact' page when you receive your order, to let us know if you will be returning any items and make sure they are mailed back to us within 14 days of receipt of your goods.

If you would like to exchange, to swap a size or select another item from the online store, please let us know so we can pop the item aside, to avoid it selling out before your original item is returned.

If you would like a refund, items must be returned clean, unworn with tags attached within 14 days of receiving your order, otherwise a refund may be refused.

Your payment will be refunded through the same means you paid, (either Stripe or Paypal) once your item/s has been returned to our store.

Refunds will take 2-3 business days to hit your account once processed.

Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer, when goods are being returned for an exchange or refund.

Please read the garment descriptions carefully before purchasing and take into account the measurements on the size charts provided in each listing. We represent many different designers here, the charts will help you see that they all have quite a different interpretation of what a size M is.
